The Challenge 

The charity has recently opened a shop and garage sale. The shop sells a wide range of goods, the majority of customers pay with cash or card. As the shop was receiving a lot of donations from people buying their products, they quickly realised that they needed a system to help them manage stock and take payments more efficiently.

When the charity was looking for an EPOS system, they discovered that all other products on the market were very expensive and did not provide the charity with the system they required.

The Results

We donated a fixed till with a built-in printer to the Wishing Hearts charity. The till made it a lot easier to accept cash and card payments. The charity could easily see what its customers were buying and how many donations they made each day.

The till allows takings to be automatically cashed-up each day, removing the need for the charity to manually add up all of their donations.

Customers can now easily pay for their items at the garage sale, and the charity process has been greatly simplified.
