As the card machines are portable, staff can go to customers who are seated and take payments rather than customers forming queues.

The EPOS system allowed the restaurant to put through customers’ orders easily and quickly. The kitchen printers and the EPOS system communicate together. So all orders are automatically sent to the kitchen, reducing the manual effort to relay orders to the chefs.

With Luna Foods’ new products, it immediately increased customer service and reduced shoppers’ wait times. The restaurant now gets more repeat customers and brings in more revenue.
